Privacy Policy

Metamorphosis Coaching, Consulting, & Training, LLC (“Metamorphosis CCT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you interact with our:

  • Websites, including www.metamorphosiscct.com, training.metamorphosiscct.com, and related landing pages

  • Online courses and membership platforms (including those hosted on Kajabi and/or other third-party platforms)

  • Email and SMS communications (including Mailchimp, Kajabi, and similar tools)

  • Social media pages, ads, and remarketing/retargeting campaigns

  • Online and mobile resources (collectively, the “Services”)

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to its terms.

We use the terms “you” and “your” to mean any visitor, user, subscriber, customer, or other individual who interacts with our Services and is, in all cases, over the age specified in the “Children’s Privacy” section below.

1. Scope & Applicability

This Policy applies to information we collect:

  1. Through our websites and mobile-accessible resources

  2. Through online forms, email, SMS/text, and other direct communications

  3. Through online events, webinars, and registrations

  4. From customers and prospective customers who purchase or inquire about our coaching, consulting, training, courses, or events

  5. From vendors and business partners, but only as necessary to manage our business relationships

This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of third parties we do not control, including platforms such as Kajabi, Mailchimp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, AdRoll, or other service providers you may access through our Services. Their privacy practices are governed by their respective policies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two broad categories of information:

  1. Non-personal information collected automatically (e.g., device and usage information)

  2. Personal information you voluntarily provide or that is associated with you (such as your name, email, phone number, etc.)

“Personal information” generally means information that can identify you or be reasonably linked to you. The exact definition can vary by jurisdiction (e.g., under GDPR, UK-GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA). When those laws apply, our use of “personal information” includes the elements required by those laws.

2.1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  1. Identifiers

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Phone number (including mobile number for SMS)

    • Mailing or billing address

    • Usernames or account identifiers

  2. Professional & Business Information

    • Business name

    • Role/title

    • Industry or company size (if provided)

  3. Account & Communication Information

    • Communication preferences and consent (e.g., SMS opt-in, email opt-in)

    • Messages or form data you submit (questions, comments, survey responses)

  4. Payment & Transaction Information

    • Information related to purchases, registrations, and invoices for our programs, online courses, bootcamps, workshops, and events

    • Payment method details (processed securely via third-party payment processors; we do not directly store full credit card numbers on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete a transaction and comply with applicable law)

  5. Usage & Device Information (collected automatically)

    • IP address

    • Browser type and version

    • Device type and operating system

    • Date, time, and duration of visits

    • Pages viewed, links clicked, files downloaded

    • Referring and exit pages

    • Actions taken on the site (e.g., form submissions, video views)

    This may be collected through cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and similar technologies.

  6. Location Information

    • Approximate location (derived from IP address)

    • Where enabled on a mobile device, more precise GPS-based location (which you can control via your device settings)

  7. Social Media & Community Information

    • If you interact with our content on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), those platforms may share limited information with us in accordance with their privacy settings and your choices

    • If we provide community features (forums, chats, comments), any information you post may be visible to others and is not covered as confidential under this Policy

  8. Workforce, Applicant, Vendor & Partner Information

    • For employees, contractors, job applicants, vendors, and business partners, we collect and retain additional professional or employment-related information as required for hiring, payroll, vendor management, and contract performance. Those details are described in separate internal or contractual notices.

3. How We Collect Information

3.1. Voluntarily Submitted Information

You may provide personal information when you:

  1. Fill out contact forms or lead forms on our websites

  2. Opt in to email or SMS/text communications (e.g., via landing pages, event registration forms, free resources, or discovery calls)

  3. Register for an account, course, webinar, bootcamp, workshop, or live event

  4. Purchase a product, program, or service

  5. Respond to a survey or feedback form

  6. Participate in contests, promotions, or giveaways

  7. Interact with us by email, phone, or SMS

If you do not want us to collect this type of personal information, please do not submit it. Note that if you choose not to provide certain information, you may not be able to use some features or register for certain services.

3.2. Automatically Collected Information (Cookies, Pixels & Similar Technologies)

When you visit or use our Services, we (and/or our service providers) automatically collect certain technical and usage information through:

  • Cookies (small text files placed on your device)

  • Web beacons / pixels

  • Log files

  • Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics)

  • Remarketing/retargeting scripts (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, AdRoll)

This includes:

  • Domain name and IP address

  • Browser type, operating system, and device type

  • Website pages visited and actions taken

  • Time and date of visit, time spent on pages

  • Referring and exit pages

  • Interactions with our ads on other websites or platforms

We also use Google reCAPTCHA on certain forms to help prevent spam and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You can typically set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. However, some features of the Services may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal and non-personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To Provide and Improve Our Services

    • Deliver coaching, consulting, and training (online and in person)

    • Provide course access, membership portals, and account features

    • Process registrations, purchases, and payments

    • Respond to inquiries, support requests, and feedback

    • Analyze usage to improve content, layout, and user experience

  2. To Communicate with You

    • Send transactional messages (receipts, confirmations, event reminders, login details)

    • Send marketing and promotional communications you have opted into (or that are permitted by law), including emails and SMS/texts

    • Provide updates about new services, events, offers, and resources

  3. SMS & Email Marketing Communications

    • We may use Mailchimp, Kajabi, and other email service providers to send emails.

    • We may use SMS/text messaging platforms to send leadership tips, reminders, event updates, and promotional offers, where you have consented.

    Opt-In (Online Forms)

    • When you opt in through a form (for example, on a landing page or registration page), you may see language similar to:

      “By clicking ‘Register Now’ you agree to receive text messages and emails from Metamorphosis CCT about events, reminders, promotional materials, and updates. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”

    Opt-In (Verbal Consent)
    When consent is obtained verbally (e.g., on a Zoom or phone discovery call), we will:

    1. Clearly explain that message and data rates may apply and that you can reply STOP at any time.

    2. Ask for your clear “yes” or verbal agreement.

    3. Log your consent internally (name, number, date/time, method of consent, team member).

  4. Remarketing & Advertising

    We may use remarketing/retargeting services on platforms such as:

    • Google Ads/AdWords

    • Facebook/Instagram Ads

    • AdRoll

    • Other social media or advertising platforms

    These services use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your past visits to our websites. You can manage ad preferences through the respective platform’s settings (e.g., Google Ad Settings, Facebook Ad Preferences) and clear cookies in your browser.

  5. Legal & Compliance Purposes

    • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests

    • Protect the rights, property, or safety of Metamorphosis CCT, our users, or others

    • Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues

  6. Business Operations & Transfers

    • Manage business relationships with vendors, partners, and contractors

    • In the event of a business transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization), personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, as permitted by law.

We retain your personal information as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, in accordance with our internal data retention procedures and applicable law.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing list vendors.

We may share your information with:

  1. Service Providers & Vendors

    • Email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, Kajabi, or similar)

    • Payment processors and merchant services

    • CRM and marketing automation tools

    • Website hosting, analytics, and security providers (including Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA)

    • Event management or webinar platforms

    We seek to limit the information we share to what is reasonably necessary for the specific service, and we seek to bind these providers via contract to protect your information and use it only for the agreed purpose.

  2. Affiliates & Business Partners

    • Current or future entities under common ownership or control with Metamorphosis CCT, which will use your information in line with this Policy.

  3. Legal & Safety Disclosures
    We may disclose your information:

    • When required by law, court order, or legal process

    • In response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements

    • When we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others

  4. Business Transfers
    If Metamorphosis CCT or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, or in connection with a merger, reorganization, consolidation, or liquidation, personal information may be one of the transferred assets.

We cannot guarantee that every vendor or partner will always comply with our standards, but we make reasonable efforts to select reputable partners and impose appropriate contractual obligations.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies as described above, primarily to:

  • Remember your preferences and improve user experience

  • Analyze site traffic and usage patterns via Google Analytics and similar tools

  • Support remarketing and interest-based advertising

At this time, our Services do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.

7. International Data Transfers (Including GDPR & UK-GDPR)

Our Services and servers are located primarily in the United States, and your personal information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

If you are located in a GDPR Jurisdiction (European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or other jurisdictions recognized by the European Commission as having adequate protection) or in the United Kingdom, please note:

  • When we collect personal information from you while you are in these jurisdictions, the legal basis for processing is generally our legitimate interest in providing and improving our Services, fulfilling contracts, and communicating with you, or your consent where required (e.g., for certain marketing communications).

  • We may transfer personal information to the United States or other countries that may not have the same data protection laws as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) to protect your personal information in accordance with GDPR/UK-GDPR requirements.

7.1. GDPR / UK-GDPR Rights

If GDPR or UK-GDPR applies to you, you may have the following rights, subject to conditions and exceptions:

  1. Right of Access – to request confirmation that we process your personal data and to access that data.

  2. Right to Rectification – to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.

  3. Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”) – to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.

  4. Right to Restrict Processing – to request limits on how we process your personal data under certain conditions.

  5. Right to Data Portability – to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller when technically feasible.

  6. Right to Object – to object to processing based on our legitimate interests or for direct marketing.

  7. Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making – we do not use your personal information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

8. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) & California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

When we collect personal information from residents of the State of California, we may be subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This section applies only to California residents who are covered by these laws.

8.1. Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information (as defined under CCPA/CPRA):

  1. Identifiers – name, address, email address, IP address, etc.

  2. Customer Records Information – such as name, phone number, address, payment information (through our processors).

  3. Commercial Information – records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered.

  4. Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity – browsing history, search history, interaction with our website or ads.

  5. Geolocation Data – approximate location derived from IP; more precise data only if enabled on your device.

  6. Audio/Visual/Electronic Information – if you participate in recorded webinars or provide video/audio feedback.

We do not sell your personal information as that term is traditionally understood (i.e., for money in exchange for your data). We do, however, use certain cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under CCPA/CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may have the right to opt out of such “sale” or “sharing” where applicable.

8.2. Purposes for Collecting Personal Information

We collect personal information for the business purposes described in Section 4 (“How We Use Your Information”), including providing services, processing transactions, analytics, security, and marketing.

8.3. CCPA/CPRA Rights

Subject to exceptions, California residents may have the following rights:

  1. Right to Know/Access – to request information about:

    • The categories of personal information collected;

    • The categories of sources;

    • The business or commercial purposes for collection, use, “sale,” or “sharing”;

    • The categories of third parties to whom personal information is disclosed;

    • The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

  2. Right to Delete – to request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions.

  3. Right to Correct – to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

  4. Right to Opt Out of Sale / Sharing – to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as defined by CCPA/CPRA (primarily in connection with certain advertising/remarketing technologies).

  5. Right to Non-Discrimination – we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights (e.g., by denying services or offering different prices), though certain functionality may depend on data collection.

8.4. Exercising CCPA/CPRA Rights

9. Your Choices & Opt-Out Options

You have several choices regarding how we use your information:

  1. Email Marketing – You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us at metamorphosiscct@gmail.com.

  2. SMS/Text Messages – By providing your mobile number and clicking “Register Now,” you consent to receive automated and non-automated SMS/text messages from Metamorphosis Coaching, Consulting, & Training at the number provided. These may include event reminders, leadership tips, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP. You may receive a confirmation message noting you have been unsubscribed.

  3. Cookies & Tracking – You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some advertising networks also allow you to opt out of targeted ads (e.g., via Google Ad Settings or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page).

  4. Access, Correction, Deletion – You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information as described above (GDPR/UK-GDPR and CCPA/CPRA sections, or generally by contacting us directly).

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without verifiable parental or guardian consent.

  • If you are 16 years old or younger, we request that you do not submit any personal information through our websites or Services.

  • If we become aware that a child under the applicable age has provided personal information, we will promptly delete that information and will not use it for any purpose.

11. Security Measures

However, no system or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. By using our Services and transmitting information to us, you accept that you do so at your own risk.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will follow our incident response procedures and notify you and/or relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including but not limited to:

  • Kajabi (for courses and memberships)

  • Mailchimp or other email platforms

  • Social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Payment processors

  • External resources and partners

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of these external sites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information or engaging with them.

13. Access, Updates, and Deletion Requests (General)

At any time (and subject to applicable law), you may:

  • Request to review the personal information we hold about you

  • Request corrections to inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your user account or personal information
