Be Kind  Terms & Conditions

  • I agree to fully participate in the Be Kind program and to do a minimum of 12 acts of kindness over 90-days. 
  • I agree to share my stories with Nicole and Michael Karnowski, and Metamorphosis CCT (Coaching, Consulting& Training), and any agents of such by the means of Facebook, Facebook Private Group, LinkedIn, Email, Phone or In-Person.
  • I consent to my stories being compiled for, but not limited to a future book, e-book, or other media source for publication and sales. If participant wishes to remain anonymous Metamorphosis CCT and it's agents will change names for privacy. 
  • I give Metamorphosis CCT (Coaching, Consulting, and Training) permission and all rights to any stories I share for any future book, publication, on-line or media use. I understand I will not be reimbursed in any way for contributing.
  • If we choose to pursue a book or other media publication Metamorphosis CCT and it's agents will allow the top ambassador to choose a charity for a portion of the profits to be allocated. Metamorphosis CCT reserves the right to approve the chosen charity and to override any decision should there by an issue or dispute. 
  • All stories and book rights are property of Metamorphosis CCT (Coaching, Consulting & Training), and can only be shared or used with express written approval and permission from an agent of Metamorphosis CCT. 
  • I also agree if I want my Be Kind Ambassador materials shipped to me I will pay an additional shipping charge. This charge will be determined by the USPS and no additional charges will be added.
